The arrival of the first E-bus or Electric Bus in the Philippines is the result of collaboration of the Climate Change Commission and Victory Liner Bus promoting awareness on climate change, with the title "Victory Against Climate Change".
Paquito Ochoa Jr. thank the management of Victory Liner for making a milestone on the evolution of the public transport industry by investing on this technology and also the first in the Philippines.
Besides this would be one solution in the climate change, this is also one answer on the increasing price of oil which is one of the biggest expenses of a bus operator. Behind this, is that this buses are rechargeable just like using your smartphone.
I wish that other bus companies would also take the initiative in investing electric buses and will see them on roads.
