Jinbei Hiase II: Ideal for UV Express and Transport business
Thinking of acquiring a new van for your transport business whether for UV-express or rent-a-van business at a lower cost, then this van is for you, the Jinbei Hiase II.
The first thing that is very apparent about this van is that it shares same platform with the recent Toyota HIACE commuter, but this one is longer, has a high ceiling clearance, and accomodate more passengers. The said van is equipped with DK4B engine which was developed by Toyota Motors; a Common-Rail-Direct-Inject engine but it uses a BOSCH technology compared to DENSO that is used by Toyota Hiace and Grandia models.
This vehicle is ideal for those who are planning to go to UV express, replacement for their old utility vehicle for UV express, and transport business; can accomodate 16 people, and more passengers when the seats are customized for people mover purposes, at the same time, having a high roof in this vehicle will benefit the passengers alike.
More details of the vehicle in the video below:

Chinese Auto Manufacturer Jinbei Auto: Haise Van 2.8
I am just walking around my place to watch the Reel Steel movie, suddenly I saw a booth with a white van as a display. I was curious that how come that there is a booth with a display of a fourth generation Toyota Hiace Commuter with a customize headlight on a chrome finish. I went to the booth in order to take a look on the vehicle.
I thought it was View from Foton, but, then again I did saw the Foton badge which is located in the middle of the grille. What suprise that this van is a Hiase from Jinber Auto, a Chinese auto manufacturer that also produce same layout as Foton Motors.
It is very apparent on this vehicle, that the body was taken on the fourth generation Toyota Hiace.
On the engine, a CA4D28CRZ which produce 96 horsepower at 3600 rpm and a torque of 225 NM at 2600 rpm for maximum performance. What I like on this engine is that, it is a turbocharged, you can assure that this is a strong engine, plus, the said engine is already CRDI or Common Rail Direct Inject which very fuel efficient, they are using a BOSCH technology though. Power and fuel efficiency that you can expect on this vehicle. Isuzu parts from 4jb1-tc engine is compatible also on this engine.
The best thing about this vehicle, it is a multi-purpose and people mover vehicle. Can carry 15-16 heads without the hassle of the legroom compare to other vans in the market. Perfect for GT/UV express, saw already a Haise van with a Sto. NiƱo to Ayala Makati line, meaning that the GT/UV express operator of this vehicle trust the quality of Haise; School Bus, Ambulance, and Vans For Rent are sample that Haise Van can be use.
In the Philippines, the starting price of Hiase 2.8 is 1,215,000 Philippine pesos.
