Mazdatech Carshow IX | 9th Mazdatech Carshow

I stop along Tiendesitas to buy a drink at SM Hypermarket before going to an event in Manila; while I am walking at Tiendesitas, I saw a bunch of Mazda cars parked inside the Tiendesitas premises, I mean whole Mazda, Ford, and Kia cars which are in car-show looks. Out of curiousity I went to the place. To my suprise it was a carshow, the Mazdatech-IX.




The Mazdatech-IX was organized by Mazdatech Philippines, held on October 22, 2011 at Tiendesitas. They showcase cars and SUV from Mazda, Ford, and Kia, they share the same engine or body, you will observe on the road some cars are alsom the same in other car brands that I have mentioned; it is very apparent that the owners really takes care and loves their car, some owners also imported Mazda cars from other countries just to have it; reason for that, local dealers did not offer those kind of cars in the local market.

Well I hope I can go again to another car show and hoping next year Mazdatech will again organize another event.

Mazda Motors: 2012 Mazda 3

Finally, the wait is over; Mazda release their latest model which will be offered to the market, the 2012 Mazda 3. Well, its been a while since we haven't seen any new release of this model to the market, I mean very long time.




Very obvious that the front of the car has change, very similar to its younger brother, the Mazda 2; but, the difference is, there is no grille on it, just a badge. My sources said that it will be equipped with Xenon projector headlights and LED park-light, similar to AUDI's "out of my way" light; and also the tail light of this model was re-design, just expect the design of these is similar to the tailight of Mazda 2.




Other changes on this mode are the interior, re-design cockpit and console, steering wheel, paddle-shift, features, and ammeneties.

Regarding on the engine, I'll keep you posted on it because right now there is no information release yet, if this model will have a new engine or it will retain from the previous model; in short, facelift compare to the US that have alredy new engine and fuel-efficient system.
